This Privacy Policy explains how GlossKit LLC ("GlossKit", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the GlossKit iOS app, the website at glosskit.co and its subdomains, and related services (the "Service"). We built GlossKit to collect only what we need to run a creator–brand marketplace. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, and password, or an identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. If you use "Hide My Email," we receive Apple's relay address.
- Creator profile: profile photo, bio, social handles, platforms, niches, audience size, rates, sample video links, and preferred language.
- Brand profile: brand name, logo, website, industry, and campaign details.
- Marketplace activity: applications and pitches, campaign terms you accept, submitted post links and reported views, approvals and change requests, invitations, and payment records that Brands log for Creators.
- Messages you send to other users, and reports you file about content or users.
- Support messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app data: device type, OS version, app version, language, time zone, and crash and performance data.
- Push notification token, if you allow notifications, and your notification preferences.
- Usage data: screens viewed, paywalls shown, and features used, to help us improve the app.
Information from purchases
When you buy a membership or the Academy in the app, Apple processes the payment. We receive purchase and subscription status (product, dates, renewal state, and an anonymous transaction ID), but never your card details. Brand plans bought on the web are billed by Stripe, which handles payment details under its own privacy policy.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, health data, or browsing history from other apps. We only access your photo library when you choose a photo to upload.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create and secure your account and run the Service, such as matching Creators with campaigns, showing profiles to Brands, enabling messaging, and tracking submissions and payment records.
