These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GlossKit LLC ("GlossKit", "we", "us") and govern your use of the GlossKit iOS app, the website at glosskit.co and its subdomains, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use GlossKit

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or brand, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms, and "you" includes that company.

2. What GlossKit is

GlossKit is a marketplace that connects content creators ("Creators") with brands and businesses ("Brands"). Brands post campaigns describing the content they want and what they will pay. Creators apply, create content, and submit it for review.

GlossKit is a venue, not an agency or employer. Unless we say otherwise in writing:

• Any deal for content is an agreement directly between the Creator and the Brand. GlossKit is not a party to it.
• Brands pay Creators directly. GlossKit does not hold, process, or guarantee payments between Brands and Creators, and does not take a fee on them.
• Creators are independent contractors of the Brands they work with, not employees or agents of GlossKit or of the Brand.
• We do not guarantee that any Creator will be accepted to a campaign, that any Brand will pay, or that you will earn any particular amount. Example figures in the Service are illustrations, not promises.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you give us, for keeping your login secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your profile accurate, including your audience size and rates. Do not create an account for someone else, impersonate anyone, or hold more than one account per person without our permission. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account has been compromised.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile > Delete account) or by emailing us.

4. Creator responsibilities

If you are a Creator, you agree to:

• Only submit content you created and have the right to license, and get any permissions needed from people, music, locations, or brands that appear in it.
• Follow each campaign brief and the terms you accept when you apply.
• Clearly disclose paid or sponsored content as the law and each platform's rules require (for example, "#ad" or a platform's paid partnership label), including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides.
• Not buy followers, views, or engagement, or misreport your results.
